We can’t deny it: the economy has been hurt by COVID-19.
Unfortunately, the Democrats have no plan to make it better.
During my time as the Senate Finance Chair, Governor Sununu and I worked hard to make New Hampshire the #1 economy in the country. No thanks to COVID-19, many families and businesses have developed a somber outlook on what lies ahead. We have the strength to get through this – it just requires better policy.
My opponent has voted for an income tax 3 times and has worked to increase business taxes by 12.5%. Her policies have harmed the Granite State at a time when it quite literally can’t afford much more.
I will always oppose an income and sales tax. The New Hampshire Advantage is the name of the game – not job-killing tax increases. I will work closely with Governor Sununu to get our economy working again so you can focus on what matters most.
